FAQ

What is Stubbi.ai?

Stubbi.ai is a new way to find and share any spot in the world.

Why Stubbi.ai?

Normal addresses were designed for a different world. Today, we need smarter ways to find and share an apartment door, stadium seat, park bench, or other spots where people live and work.

How can I get started?

To help UberEats and Amazon drivers find you more easily, create a Stubbi code for your door and share the code with them.

To help customers find your store more easily, create a Stubbi code for your store and share the code with them.

How can I get to a Stubbi spot?

Click the map icon next to a Stubbi code. This opens Google Maps with directions from your current location.

How does Stubbi.ai work?

Stubbi.ai divides each country into squares about the size of a parking space. Each square is assigned a short, visual, and predictable code.

Like normal addresses, Stubbi codes can be shortened based on context. For instance, within a metro area, joan-28-88 may map to a restaurant, replacing the full city and street address.

Visual symbols help people recognize and remember unfamiliar places quickly.

Nearby codes change predictably, helping people navigate between points without maps.

Does Stubbi.ai save my address or location?

No. Stubbi.ai does not save your address or location.

How can I help?

Find popular spots around home or campus, then map them. We are releasing a mobile app to simplify this, but for now get longitude and latitude coordinates from Google Maps and enter them in the Stubbi website.

Then share the Stubbi code, allowing people to more easily find the spot.
